Registration is now open online for the Spring 2025 season!   For a list of Frequently Asked Questions please see the FAQ post on the front page.   A few important items:

1) We are registering for all Little League Baseball and Softball divisions (league age 4-16)

2) Registration is done online at www.edll.org.   When you complete your registration you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for next steps.  PLEASE read the confirmation email you get after registration - if you don't get one, check your Junk folder.

3) Little League changed their registration rules back in 2024.   For those kids that are league age 4-7, they may register at any Little League of their choosing.  Remember for the baseball division, league age is NOT the same as chronological age.   For the baseball division it means if the child was born between 9/1/2018 and 8/31/2022.   For softball, league age = chronological age.      For kids that are league ages 4-7, they are not required to abide by the boundary rules that Little League has had in place previously.   

4) The rule change above ALSO opens the door to siblings of those that are league age 4-7 to play at any league of their choosing.   Little League is not going to separate families, so if a child that is league age 4-7 chooses to play at Eastdale, their older sibling can also play at Eastdale by submitting a 2D/2A form.   For questions, reach out to Jason at [email protected]. 

5) In 2026, we will continue to utilize the evaluation process we started in 2024.   Feedback was overwhelming positive in the new evaluation and assessment approach.    To aid parents in registration, we have created the attached guideline.  Please make sure you read this before registering.

6) Cost of registration is $195 for the first child, $105 for the second child and $85 for every child after that.   There is a $3 transaction fee as part of the registration process

Volunteering - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
  - Please make sure you register as a volunteer online either as part of the child's registration or you can actually create your own account and then signup as a volunteer
 - We STRONGLY urge you to sign up during the registration process if you think you will be involved in any potential manner with your child's team.
 - Sports Connect will be interfacing to JDP, which is the company that runs background checks, so that when you register as a volunteer online, your email is automatically sent to JDP so they can then email you a link to perform your background check.
